Like a deaf person who feels no desire to hear music
Is a Jew who feels no desire to know Gd.
It's sad to sit in the darkness
Searching high and low for the light
But it's even sadder to sit in the darkness
Not even dreaming of the light
Not even knowing what to miss
Not even knowing why to cry
Not even knowing what to mourn
Not even knowing what to ask for
Thinking all is normal...
That's why now's the time
To get to know the Beis Hamikdash
To get to know what once was
To get to know what is about to be
Cuz we have no idea what we're missing!
